The candidate will be required to sell the IT Products of the company. The major job Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of sales trainees.
- Business Development
- Lead Management
- Achieving targets as per the specified budgets.
- Meeting the clients and Deal Finalization
- Identifying potential customers
- Giving Presentations
- Preparing MIS
The candidates must have knowledge of Sales and Marketing and must be comfortable in moving into the markets (willing to do extensive travelling) and meeting the clients.
Success Factors - Strong leadership skills, able to deliver business value to the sales operation and to the customers.
Key Skills: Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiations skills.
